Ulna Olecranon Fractures In Two Different Fixation Methods Of Compairson And Research

Normal forearm rotation, no pain. Good: elbow flexed activity wasworse than that within20degrees, limited forearm rotation is not obvious,elbow pain. Can be: keep45degrees elbows flexed activities, keep45degreesof forearm rotation, elbow no pain or slight pain. Poor: elbow flexedactivities and less than45degrees of forearm rotation, elbow pain".Statistical analysis is used to analysis characteristics and curative effect difference between two groups of case of illness.Results: Follow-up of8to16months, an average of12months. Get theresults for an average of3.2months, postoperative pain activity disappearedthe average time for five months. Evaluate the elbow function by Brobergevaluation standard, olecranon plate group, a total of21cases,17cases,good in2cases,1case, and1case; Fine rate was90.5%; Gram tension withneedle group, a total of15cases,10cases,4cases were good, but1case,and0cases; Fine rate was93.3%. Two methods of treatment there was nostatistically significant difference in clinical effect.Conclusion: Gram needle tension band fixation and olecranon hook platefixation in the treatment of olecranon fracture, there is no significantdifference of curative effect, two methods of treatment are the effectivemethod of fixed in clinic can depending on the actual situation to choose.
