Obiective: To abstract and separate effective components from ansma and auacrvioder o’ Golaer. alisma soup.and to compatibitity. the every components. Opservec pharmacodynamk effects of each component grouo of anu-endlymphatic to select the best component group ot ann.-endlvmphatic.Providing the Ideas to treatment the modern diseases b\ancient prescription.and providing the research foundation to determine the active ingredient in the compound and develop the new drugs of anti-end lymphatic.Method. The volatile oil of atractviodes is obtained bv steam distillation and identified as component A.The polysaccharides from atractylodes is obtained by water-extract and identified as component B. With integrated indicators atractylodes extraction rate and the rate of atracrylodes polysaccharide as indicator.study medicine granularity, add water, extraction time three factors.every factor sets three levels.designing the orthogonal test to optimize the best extraction technology. The component group of alisma is obtained by the method of water extracts.Then the component group is separated by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.the part of alcohol is component C:the pan of precipitation is component D. The extraction conditions were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test.with the solvent volume.extraction time and extraction times as the influencing factors, even-factor sets three ieveis.the extraction rate of triterpenoids from alisma were used as the evaluation indexes. Compatibility of the components for composing the component group of A+C、A+D、 A+B+C、A-B-D、A+C+D、B+C+D、A+B+C+D. Observation of each component group of the anu-endoiymphatic guinea pig model of water lost influence.Results: According to statistical software analysis results that there are significant difference in the impact factor A. there are difference in the impact factor C for each experiment and same in the impact factor B for each experiment in the process of extraction of atractvlodes.
