The Main Effective Component Dissolution Law Research Of Shoot Dry Ephedra Soup

Objective To Study dissolution of effective components quantity changes of Belamcanda chinensis,Ephedra,Tussilago Farfara of traditional Chinese medicines in single decoction and mixed decoction with Shoot dry ephedra soup with the decocting time and to determine the reasonable decocting time for Shoot dry ephedra soup decoction.Methods In traditional method of decocting,time-sharing sampling,and treating tectoridin,ephedrine,rutin as effective index component,get the effective components quantity changes in single decoction and mixed decoction,and the variation in different decocting time with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results With single decoction and mixed decoction,the dissolution amount of tectoridin is growing over time and achieves a relatively high value in about 50 min,then tends to be stable.The dissolution amount of ephedrine is growing over time and achieves a relatively high value in about 50min-65min,then tends to be stable.The dissolution amount of rutin is growing over time and achieves a relatively high value in about 50min-65min,then tends to be stable.Therefore,the appropriate time of Shoot dry ephedra soup decoction was about 60min.Conclusion The research results provide a scientific basis for decocting time of Shoot dry ephedra soup,it can also be used for determination method containing Rhizoma Belamcandae and Ephedra herb,Tussilago Farfara and other related prescription effective component content for reference.
