Purppose: It is to discuss compound kunhai ginger soup's prevention and treatment on chronic bronchitis and component screening and compatibility, based on document information. Also, it is to create a new way for innovative drug development.Method: Kunhai ginger soup is a kind of Chinese ocean herb. It utilizes applied data mining technology and chemical information technology, is based on previous studies, collects hunderds of medicined of lung channel and their compability rules, chemical components, pharmacological effects and clinical effects, is based on compatibility rules of traditional Chinese medicine that belong to the lungs, adopts experience of previous doctors' on treatment of lung diseases and combines the highest frequency of four medicine groups. The study subject in this experiment is rat alveolar macrophages and it utilizes LPS induced solution AM with different density to establish inflammatory cell model and then uses kunhai ginger soup of different density to interfer with LPS induced solution AM inflammatory cell model and extract supernatant and at last applies ELISA to evaluate changes of IL-1?,TNF-?,iNOS,PGE2 in supernatant. Utilize macrophages fluorescent zebrafish as model and mix up with Kunhai ginger soup of different density to interfere with zebrafish inflammation model which is induced by copper sulfate to observe change of number of macrophages.Result: After activation, the amount of IL-1?,TNF-?,iNOS,PGE2 in supernatant extraxted from AM inflammatory cell model has obviously increased compared with normal ones(P<0.01,P<0.01). The kunhai ginger soup with different density can inhibit LPS induced AM inflammatory cell model to produce oversoded IL-1?,TNF-?(P <0.01). The compability of kunhai ginger soup with different density can reduce number of macrophages of zebrafish inflammation model which is induced by copper sulfate obviously.Conclusion: The component compability of kunhai ginger soup can effectively prevent chronic bronchitis. This study is based on kunhai ginger soup and deal with pharmaceutical research and development from perspective of component concordance to lay foundation for new theory.
