Tuck Roll Waist Method In The Treatment Of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Disease Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the tuck roll waist method in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis which is made by Sun Dawu—the national famous old TCM in the bone.Methods:60patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group and30patients in each group. The treatment group uses the tuck roll waist method with the massage technique, and the control group uses lumbar traction with massage techniques, two groups were treated for3weeks. After the therapy, make a comparison on the VAS scores and ODI functional index scores and the clinical efficacy in the patients respectively.Results:1After the treatment, the VAS scores and ODI functional index scores in patients are improved than before(P<0.05); After the treatment, the VAS scores and ODI functional index scores are different from before(P<0.05);the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).2The total effective rate is90%in the control group, the total effective rate of76.67%in the treatment group(P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of the tuck roll waist method in the patients of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis has the better clinical efficacy, it can improve the pain symptoms and the functions of the waist.
