Objective:Through the study of this subject, observe the clinical efficacy of lumbar abdomen balance method in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(I Degree),analyze and compare with conventional massage, provide a reference basis for the clinical application of lumbar abdomen balance method in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(I Degree),and apply it to the clinic For patients.Method:The subject uses a randomized controlled trial method.Patients who meet the inclusion criteria are divided into a test group and a control group according to a random number table.A total of 72 cases,36 cases in the test group and 36 cases in the control group. The test group used lumbar abdomen adjustment massage, and the control group used conventional massage. The operation was performed 5 times a week, and 10 times was a course of treatment.By comparing the two groups of visual analogue pain scores before and after treatment(VAS)(Schedule 2)Japan Orthopedics Association(JOA)(Schedule 3)of Improvement in ratings,Use spss22.0 data software for statistical analysis and processing of related data to compare the effect before and after.Result : A total of 72 patients were enrolled in this trial.A total of 66 patients completed the trial,33 in the test group and 33 in the control group. The following are analyzed separately:1.Comparison of VAS scores: The VAS pain scores of the two groups of patientsbefore treatment(P> 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant, and was comparable. After the treatment, the VAS pain scores of the two groups of patients were compared within the group, and there were significant differences(P <0.05).Both groups of treatment can achieve good results. In the experimental group, the improved VAS score of the lumbar spine was better than the control group.2.Comparison of JOA score: Comparison of lumbar spine JOA score between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),the difference was not statistically significant, and was comparable. After the treatment, the lumbar spine JOA scores of the two groups were compared within the group, and there were significant differences(P <0.05).Both groups achieved good results. The two groups of patients performed the lumbar spine JOA score comparison(P> 0.05).The test group was better than the control group in improving the lumbar JOA score.3.Comparison of total clinical efficacy: after 1 course of treatment,0 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective in the experimental group, the total effective rate was 97%;,26 cases were effective,6cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 82%,after the rank sum test(P<0.05).Results: The difference in total efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant, indicating that the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The waist and abdomen balance method and conventional massage have a definite effect on improving the symptoms and signs of degenerative spondylolisthesis(I Degree)and relieving pain.2.By comparing the VAS,JOA,and overall efficacy before and after treatment in the waist-abdominal adjustment group and the conventional massage group,it was found that the waist-abdominal adjustment group was more effective than the conventional massage group in VAS,JOA,and overall efficacy. It is concluded that in the treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis(I Degree),the waist-abdominal balance method is superior to conventional massage.3.The waist and abdomen balance method is a safe and effective innovative massage method for the treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis(I Degree).
