| Objective:Observing the Pulling and Pressing method and traditional Tuina method on the clinical effect of Ⅰ ° degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,and comparing their differences,to provide a more effective treatment for Ⅰ ° degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:60 cases of Ⅰ°degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The treatment group used the Extrusion and Pressing method,30 cases were observed;The control group used the traditional Tuina method,30 cases were observed.A time every 3 days,and the treatment continues one month,following up one month later.Observing the change of JOA score and VAS score before treatment and after treatment in the two groups and comparing the differences between the two groups.Results:1.The baseline data of two groups before treatment : The gender,age,duration of disease,JOA score and VAS score were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The treatment results: Comparison between two groups: The total effective rate of two groups: The treatment group finally completed 29 cases,cure in 2cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.10%;The control group finally completed 29 cases,cure in0 cases,markedly effective in 7 cases,effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 89.66%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the JOA score in two groups after treatment were statistically significant in lower backpain,lower leg pain,gait,sensory disturbance,dyskinesia,bed in bed and standing(P<0.05),and in wash and rinse,bend forward,sitting one hour,lifting,walking and micturion were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS score was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the JOA score and the VAS score,both the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).Comparing the JOA score in the two groups was statistically significant in lower backpain,lower leg pain,gait,sensory disturbance,dyskinesia,bed in bed,standing,wash and rinse,bend forward,sitting one hour,micturionand(P<0.05),and was not statistically significant in lifting and walking(P>0.05).The VAS score was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both Pulling and Pressing method and traditional Tuina method can effectively improve the symptoms of Ⅰ°degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis patients,and improve the quality of patients’ life.2.The effect of Pulling and Pressing method was better than that of traditional Tuina.3.The research of this subject has confirmed that it has great potential and advantages in the treatment of Ⅰ°degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis,and it has the value in clinical application. |
