Objective:with functional gastrointestinal disease (FIGDs) rats as the research object, to observe the therapeutic effect of herbal cake separated moxibustion on FIGDs rats; and ELISA was used to measure the experimental rat corticotropin releasing factor (CRF) and neurotensin (NT) in serum, in order to understand the effects of herbal-cake-separated moxibustion on functional gastrointestinal disease rats CRF, NT, and to explore that whether the cake separated moxibustion play a role in the treatment by adjusting the FIGDs rats CRF, NT levels, in order to provide experimental basis for the clinical application of herbal cake separated moxibustion for treatment of FIGDs.Methods:60SD rats were randomly divided into5groups:control group (group A), model group (group B), herbal cake separated moxibustion group (group C), amygdala injection group (group D), sham group (group E); first adaptive feeding. The experiment began after the addition of A group of normal feeding, the other groups were underwent FIGDs model; chronic restraint stress+excess fatigue and improper diet model and based on the tail clamp, shake to cause FIGDs model. Start before modeling30min in daily, group C binding and fixing of herbal cake separated moxibustion, take1:Ganshu, Pishu, Zusanli; Chapter Ⅱ:the door, door, two acupoints moxibustion Zusanli alternatively; B, D, E group only bundling is not moxa, molding continuous for21on the twenty-second day; group D were double amygdala microinjection of CNQX solution, E group received bilateral amygdala microinjection of saline; since twenty-second of all experimental rats were free food drinking water for4days; all of the experimental rats on twenty-sixth specimens of Gastrodia elata drunk and specimen. The content of serum samples were measured by ELISA CRH, NT; observation of gastrointestinal tissue morphology under light microscope. Respectively, before modeling, after initial binding, formal experiment was observed in fourteenth, twenty-first, twenty-sixth, the general conditions of rats; in before modeling, after making model, changes of body weight, food intake, and urinary D-excretion rate of the rats in each group were measured after the treatment and record.Results:after model establishment, accept Modeling Rats general state variation, diarrhea, loose stools, body weight, food intake, and urinary D-excretion rate were lower than the blank group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). After treatment, the indexes of each group were accepted die end of modeling has rebounded, C, D group was higher than that of the model group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), E group compared with the model group had no significant difference. By light microscopy the gastrointestinal tissues: blank group:tissue structure of colon cells intact, in good condition; herbal cake separated moxibustion group and CNQX group: the colon wall structural integrity, arrangement and form good cell, no inflammation; while the model group and sham group were inflammation. C, D CRF, NT levels higher than the B group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:1the herbal cake separated moxibustion and CNQX injection through the up regulation of CRF, NT level to maintain the body stress adjustment function, increase the role of anti stress ability and anti inflammation, protecting cells, can improve the stress state of the experimental rats consumed, the effect on the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disease.2herbal cake separated moxibustion and amygdala microinjection of CNQX on CRF, NT might be associated with the amygdala AMPA receptors.
