| Anesthesiologist plays an important role in medication, however, little research pays attention to their level of job stress, or the relationship among their career bourn-out, job stress and career commitment. This study focuses on these variables, and at the same time on the personal factors’influence on the job stress. This study has much significance, firstly, it can better our chance in understanding the level of job stress of anesthesiologists, secondly, the results can provide suggestions for mental assistance to anesthesiologist in organizational level.Based on survey and data process, this study focus on the following hypotheses:Firstly, gender, offspring bearing, living with partner or not, career title and length of service can have impact on job stress; secondly, job stress, career commitment and career bourn-out are correlated with each other; thirdly, career commitment play a moderator between job stress and career bourn-out.this study, using job stress scale, career bourn-out scale and career commitment scale, surveyed302anesthesiologists and got the results as follows:Firstly, anesthesiologist have to face high level of stress in4facets, ie., organizational management, doctor-patients relationship, career development, task load,.Secondly, gender doesn’t affect significantly perceived job stress, but offspring they have and living with-or-not with opposite sex partner have significant influence on their perceived job stress.Thirdly, their title in career and their Length of service in the position can both have significant influence on their perceived job stress.Fourthly, for anesthesiologist, their job stress correlates significantly with their career bourn-out and career commitment; the latter two also correlate significantly with each other.Fifthly, for anesthesiologist, the level of career commitment plays a significant moderator in the relationship between job stress and career bourn-out. |
