ObjectiveTo know the salivary immune substances(LZM、SIgA、IgG)content distributedsituation in primary and secondary students and analyze the influencing factors, provides the basis for evaluating the local school students’ immune status andpromoting health prevention measures.MethodsFrom10/2010to09/2012,the primary and secondary students in JingyuCounty,Dongliao County and Changling County of Jilin province were surveyed assubjects with questionnaires through stratified cluster sampling method, and theirsaliva were collected.1primary school and1secondary school were randomly selectedfrom each region,1class of each grade was randomly selected,877effectivequestionnaires were recycled. The content of immune substances in saliva weremeasured by detection kit. Epidata3.1was adopted to establish the database, Excel2010, SPSS13.0were used for statistical analysis. The median (M) and quartile (Q)were used in measurement data for describing the central tendency and discretetendency, percentage was used to describe enumeration data, Spearman rankcorrelation analysis and rank sum test were used in single-factor analysis, multiplelinear regression was used in multiple-factor analysis. Results1.877students were investigated, including427(48.7%) boys and450(51.3%)girls; the students were of4to6years of age, the average age of11±4;91.3%wasHan; parents′education level were most in middle school, high school or technicalsecondary school; parents’ occupation mostly were individual, farmer, worker;77.0%students were living in town,23.0%were living in country; IQ scores in90or aboveaccounted for96.9%; boy’s average height was144.70(133.20,158.00)cm, girl’sheight was141.00(128.60,154.50)cm; boy’s average weight was38.20(29.00,49.50)kg, girl’s weight was34.15(25.20,45.45)kg.2. The average content of LZM from respondents was164.91(120.56,180.55)μg/ml, the average content of SIgA was73.74(59.63,94.96)μg/ml, the average contentof IgG was48.53(33.92,71.58)μg/ml, there was no significant difference betweendifferent genders; the maximum average level of salivary LZM was172.84(122.77,185.16)μg/ml in10~11years old group, the minimum average levelwas160.97(114.23,176.25)μg/ml in14and above years old group; the maximumaverage level of salivary SIgA and IgG were87.29(70.30,119.60)μg/ml,63.16(44.65,89.57)μg/ml respectively, both in8~9years old group; the minimum averagelevel were63.81(51.45,79.86)μg/ml,36.11(25.62,50.60)μg/ml respectively, both in14and above years old group.3. By the single-factor analysis, age, drinking milk and IgG content were relatedwith salivary LZM content; age, mother′s education, drinking milk, past healthycondition, IgG content, daily sleeping time, number of cavities, height, weight and IQwere related with salivary SIgA content; age, parents′education, living areas, diet rules, snacks, monophagia, past healthy condition,LZM content, SIgA content, daily sleepingtime, number of cavities, height, weight and IQ were were related with salivary IgGcontent.By multiple linear regression analysis, the influencing factors of LZM contentwere IgG content and drinking milk; IgG content was negatively correlated with LZMcontent, LZM content was low in the group of often drink milk. The influencing factors of SIgA content were IgG content, age and drinking milk; IgG content waspositively correlated with SIgA content, age was negatively correlated with SIgAcontent;SIgA content was low in the group of often drink milk. The influencingfactors of IgG content were LZM content, SIgA content, living areas, height and IQ;SIgA content and IQ were positively correlated with IgG content, LZM content andheight was negatively correlated with IgG content; IgG content was highin the groupof living in town.Conclusion1. The average content of LZM from respondents was164.91(120.56,180.55)μg/ml, the average content of SIgA was73.74(59.63,94.96) μg/ml, the averagecontent of IgG was48.53(33.92,71.58) μg/ml;2. Salivary IgG content was negatively correlated with LZM content, andnegatively correlated with SIgA content;3. Salivary SIgA content was negatively correlated with age; LZM content andSIgA content were low in the group of often drink milk;IgG content was negativelycorrelated with height, and it was high in the group of living in town.
