| Purpose: Through by the plucked string of massage therapy in the treatment of chroniclumbar muscle strain, we observe the efficacy of this therapy. Through clinical observationand to explore the mechanism through by the plucked string of massage therapy in thetreatment, and observed EMG before and after treatment in patients, seeking a simple andeffective method for patients.Method: Clinical research to meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic lumbar muscle strainand TCM symptoms, diagnostic criteria,60cases of patients were randomly divided into themassage therapy and drug group, each group of30cases, the treatment group used pluckedthe massage therapy to sooth aching muscles, the control group to give oral compoundchlorine ShaZong was piece,2times a day, every time2pieces. The two groups were10daysfor a course of treatment, were treated with two courses, and in two groups before and aftertreatment for the patients put flesh report graph. The two groups were observed before andafter treatment of clinical symptom scores,VAS score and EMG, and the establishment ofdatabase, using statistical software SPSS13.0processing efficacy comparison.Result: Research shows that massage therapy and drug treatment was all can significantlyimprove symptoms scores, and the change of electromyography (P <0.05) in patients withchronic lumbar muscle strain, but the massage therapy group improve significantly better thanit in control group (P <0.05); The massage treatment group than the total effective rate ofdrug group higher, and the recovery rate was significantly higher than it in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The plucked massage therapy compared with application of the drugtreatments significantly, and massage therapy is simple, safe, reliable, non-toxic side effects,is worth promoting green therapy. Its treatment of the mechanism is to loosen adhesions,relieve muscle spasm, thereby improving the local blood circulation to reach the analgesiceffect of blood circulation. |
