ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between serum concentration changes ofcombined detection of three tumor markers CEA CA125CA19-9and clinicalefficacy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer before and after interventionaltherapy. Then elaborate therapeutic advantages of interventional therapy andprovide a better non-operation treatment.Methods26cases in experimental group were divided into subgroup A of8casestreated with BAI (bronchinal arterial infusion)and subgroup B of18casestreated with BAI+BAE(bronchial arterial embolization).26cases in controlgroup were treated with intravenous chemotherapy. All the52cases above wereselected based on diagnostic standard of NSCLC(fiberoptic bronchoscopy orpercutaneous lung biopsy). Serum concentration changes were observed of threetumor markers and The diameter of tumor was measured in fixed therapeuticperiods. The data was analysed by SPSS13.0software.ResultsThere was significant difference between the serum concentration changesof the three tumor markers before and after therapy in every group and incomparison between every two groups (P<0.05),the effective rate was78%insubgroup A,87.5%in subgroup B and70%in control group, the serumconcentration changes had statistical correlation with the effective rate inevery group. ConclusionThe clinical efficacy in treating NSCLC could be assessed by the serumconcentration changes of the three tumor markers before and after interventionaltherapy and intravenous chemotherapy. The interventional therapy is superior tothe intravenous chemotherapy.,and that BAI+BAE therapy has a highereffective rate than BAI therapy.
