Court Richard Reinforcement Technique Experience Summarized Eight And Nine Steps Method Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Curative Effect Observation

The objective of this research is to compile the experience of Gong Ting Li Jin Shu (GTLJS,"the Royal Therapy on Soft Tissue") and several senior Chinese medicine practitioners through long-term following up; to probe into the heritage of prestigious Chinese medicine practitioners through the observation and assessment of the effect of "Jiu Bu Ba Fen Fa"(JBBFF,"the9-step treatment practiced within8minutes") on KOA.In compiling the experience of GTLJS and doctor Zang, doctor Sun, and doctor Wang, their outpatient services are documented with sound records and videotapes chronically; in the observation of JBBFF, one course (10times) of treatment for30cases of KOA with formalized JBBFF in Dongzhimen Hospital are observed, and, in order to make comparison, pre-and post-treatment condi tions are assessed (with ISOA, VAS, WOMAC, and50-step timing).The observation shows that GTLJS has a long tradition descending from Mr. Liu Shoushan, with distinctive characteristics, such as softness, auxiliary of herbs, patient-based treatment, and multifariousness of treatment. Furthermore, based on GTLJS, the above mentioned doctors develop their own features respectively: dr. Zang reemphasizes softness, refers to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of internal medicine, adopts the vibration treatment, and combines the experience of internal medicine and acupuncture; dr. Sun stresses the promoting effect of qigong on treatment, the therapeutic effect of massage operation, the cooperating and nursing effect of medicine and the combination with modern medicine; dr. Wang values the doctrine of mean and harmony, the prevention of immoderate treatment, and the importance of eliminating the cause of disease. The statistical results of observing JBBFF are as follows:there are30patients, all of whom are from message department of Dongzhimen Hospital, recorded; and data are analyzed with SPSS17.0. Pre-treatment ISOA is10.17±3.00, post-treatment ISOA is3.37+1.96, pre-VAS is6.47±1.53, post-VAS is2.67±1.03, pre-WOMAC is45.47+16.44, post-WOMAC is14.07±8.32, pre-50-step timing is61.53±16.97, post-50-step timing is40.50±11.00. With P<0.01, the difference is statistically significant. Hence, JBBFF, as a conservative treatment for KOA, has a respectable effect.It can be concluded that GTLJS1), has a clear lineage and comprehensive theory;2), has a number of experienced practitioner with open mind and thought, which benefits the inheriting of experiences;3), emphasizes practical technics, facilitating the development of clinical pathways;4), stresses on comfort and effect, which meets the need of contemporary consumers;5), has a long and prestigious history, thus having the potential of being further developed;6), has the support of government, as a relevant studio is established.Through the observation of the clinical effect of JBBFF, this research proves that GTLJS is significantly instructive on clinical treatment for KOA, hence laying the foundation of further preservation and promotion of the experience of senior Chinese medicine practitioners.
