Astragalus Qi Yang solid table, Atractylodes spleen dampness, liquorice Tonifying Qi, Qi to reconcile the various drugs, surgery, herbal supplement spleen qi and blood to the source; semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Schisandra fill Anshen, rhizoma corydalis and activating blood, Qi. relieving pain. Of30cases in the treatment group10cases were cured (33.33%), the total efficiency was86.67%, control group30cases were cured in3Cases (10%), the total effective rate was66.67%, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group.2. After treatment, two groups of treatment in patients with mild to moderate, the effective rate is high, and low efficiency in patients with severe. The treatment group in comparison to the control group (P<0.05), there was significant difference, the treatment group than the control group.3. The two groups before treatment SF-MPQ score P>0.05, no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment, the treatment group had obvious difference, PRI. PPI and the control group, P<0.01, VAS, P<0.05, showed that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group.4. PGE2in peripheral blood of two groups were decreased after treatment, but the treatment group than the control group (P<0.01).5. In the course of treatment, skin rash, erythema and allergic phenomenon and fever, swelling were not found in the test group and the control group. The two groups were routine blood, urine routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram, no significant damage.Conclusion:The effects of Shenqi Siwu Decoction in the treatment of phantom limb pain after amputation, significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the development trend of phantom limb pain, eliminate pain, has obvious advantages compared to the control group, has exact curative effect, less side effects, suitable for long-term treatment.
