The Research On The Therapy Of Catgut Implantation At Acupoint Combined Whith Rehabilitation Training On The Immunesupressing The Influence Of T Cell Subsets In Rats

ObjectivetTo observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding combined of rehabilitation on T lymphocyte in immunosuppressed rat.Methods:To divided160healthy Wistar rats(male,weight200-220g)into5groups randomly:normal group,model group,acupoint catgut embedding group,rehabilitation group,acupoint catgut embedding combined of rehabilitation group,ea-ch with32rats.Each group of rats were injected with cyclophosphamide4consecutive days by intraperitoneal injection, except for the control group.On the second day after the preparation of the immunosuppressive model, each group were given catgut implantation treatment or rehabilitation, except for the nor-mal group and model group.The catgut embedding therapy was gave after the model of preparation. Rehabilitation training was started after the preparation for the model,once a day,six days a week,4weeks in total.The spleen and serum of8rats in each group were taken, respectively in third days, seventh days, fourteenth days and28th days. Calculate the spleen index and test the contents of T-lymphocyte of each group.Results:1.Compared with the control group, immunosuppressive rats spleen index at each time point were significantly different(p<0.05).In the treatment of3th,7th,14th days,compared with the control group, acupoint catgut embedding group,rehabilitation training group and combined treatment group rats spleen index was significant(p<0.05),In the treatment of14th,28th days,compared with the model group, there was significant difference on the spleen index of combined treatment group rats (p<0.05).2.The rats in the model group compared with the control group there were significant differences in the contents of CD4+T,CD3+T cells,cell content,CD4+T/CD8+T ratio(p<0.05).In the treatment of3th,7th,14th,28th days,compared with the control group CD3+T cells in catgut embedding group and rehabilitation training group were showed significant difference (p<0.05).In the treatment of3th,7th days,compared with the control group,CD3+T cells in combined group were showed significant difference (p<0.05).In the treatment of14th,28th days,CD3+T cells in combined group were higher than that in catgut embedding group and rehabilitation training group, showed significant difference (p<0.05).Fourteenth days later,compared with the rats of model group and normal group, CD4+T cells in catgut embedding group, rehabilitation training group and combined group were showed significant difference (p<0.05).3.The level of CD8+T cell showed no significant difference before and after the preparation of model and treatment (p>0.05).4.Compared with the control group, CD4+T/CD8+T cell ratio was significantly decreased in the model group, there was a significant difference (p<0.05).In seventh days, fourteenth days and28th days, compared with the model group, the ratio of CD4+T and CD8+T cells of catgut embedding groups increased significantly (P<0.05). In third days, fourteenth days and28th days, compared with the model group there was significant difference on the ratio of CD4+T cell and CD8+T cell in the rehabilitation training group(p<0.05).In fourteenth days and28th days, compared with the model group there was significant difference on the ratio of CD4+T cell and CD8+T cell in combined group group(p<0.05).In third days, seventh days, fourteenth days,compared with the control group,CD4+T/CD8+T cell ratio was significantly decreased in each treatment group, there was a significant difference (p<0.05).Conclusions:.1.Three kinds of treatment methods can improve the immune suppressed rats spleen index.The effect of comprehensive treatment group is more moderate,is better than that of simple acupoint catgut embedding therapy and rehabilitation training group.2.Three kinds of treatment methods can improve the content of CD3+T.The effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with rehabilitation training is better than simple acupoint catgut embedding therapy, rehabilitation training.3.Three kinds of treatment methods can improve the ratios of CD4+T and CD8+T cells,the content of CD4+T cells.The effect of improving the immune function of immunosuppressed rats has no significant difference.
