| Objective:To investigate the correlation between cervical squamous intraepithelial disease(SIL)complicated with HPV infection and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory cytokines.Methods: A total of 69 healthy women who were expected to receive negative HPV and TCT examinations in our hospital from October 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 39 patients with HPV-positive LSIL and 36 patients with HSIL who received the above two examinations and colposcopy during the same period were selected.The expressions of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17α,TNF-α and IFN-γ in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the value of each index in diagnosing SIL.Area under curve(AUC)and Yoden index were prepared in ROC curve to evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of each index in the diagnosis of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions complicated with HPV infection.The correlation analysis was conducted to explore the correlation between SLE and HPV infection.Results:(1)There were differences in IL-2,IL-10,IL-17α,TNF-α,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in patients with LSIL and HSIL(P<0.05).(2)The differences of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-17α between control group and LSIL+HSIL group were statistically significant.(3)Correlation analysis showed that the higher SIL level,the lower IL-2,IL-10,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels,and the higher IL-6 and IL-17 levels(4)The ROC curve of SIL diagnosed by IL-2,IL-6,IL-17α,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and the combination index showed the largest area under the curve(AUC).Conclusion: The monitoring of IL-2,IL-6,IL-17α,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and their combined indexes is significant for the diagnosis of SIL complicated with HPV infection.The detection of IL-2,IL-10,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-6,IL-17α can play a role in distinguishing the SIL level,and the expression of T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood showed significant changes.These results indicate that it plays an important role in the occurrence,development and immune escape of SIL combined with HPV infection.By jointly monitoring the expression levels of T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood,it has application value in monitoring disease progression and immune pathway therapy. |
