Blood Stasis And Jiangzhi Decoction In Treating Nonalcoholic Clinical Study On Fatty Liver Disease

ObjectiverBlood stasis and Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease clinical curative effect and safety.Methods:The60patients meeting inclusion criteria patients, randomized groupingmethod, divided into blood stasis and Jiangzhi Decoction treatment group and Xuezhikang Capsule group. Two groups of patients were treated with the samesupport therapy (treatment period not taking any other lipid-lowering drugs)。 Treatment group were treated with blood stasis and Jiangzhi Decoction150ml/time,2times a day, the control group with Xuezhikang Capsule3capsules each time,2times a day, two sets of the total course of treatment for threemonths, after the end of the two groups of patients with clinical curative effectobservation, clinical symptoms, serum hepatic enzymes, blood lipids, liver B ultrasound changes, and adverse drug reaction, and make evaluation.Result:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group the total efficiency of86.7%, higher than63.3%in control group, in treatment group the total efficiency and the control group (P<005); improve the clinical syndrome treatment group total effectiveness93.33%, better than the control group73.33%, treatment group compared with the control group,(P’0.05); two groups of ALT, AST after treatment, GGT decreased significantly, in two groups before and after treatment and after treatment in the two groups showed no significant differences (P<0.05), the treatment group total effective rate90%; controlgroup total effectiveness66.67%, two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05); the two group patients after blood lipid (TG, TC) have differentdecrease, in two groups before and after treatment and after treatment in the two groups showed no significant differences (P<0.05)。 But traditional Chinese medicine group hypolipidemic effect more obvious, the treatment group total effective rate86.67%; control group, the total efficiency of63.33%, after statistical analysis, two groups had significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups after treatment; B Ultrasound dividingintegral were decreased, there was significant difference between before and after treatment in each group (P<0.05the treatment group), there was significant difference with control group (P<0.05), the treatment group total effective rate86.7%; control group, the total efficiency of57%, through statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant effect between the two groups (P<0.05); medication safety, no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), description the Chinese medicine is safe.Conclusion:Jiangzhi Decoction with blood stasis and phlegm and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, restore liver function effectively, reduce blood fat, reduce the severity of the fatty liver, liverB Ultrasound imaging is also improved, can delay the progression of the disease, significantly improve the clinical efficacy, and no obvious side effect,can be used as a safe and effective prescription to guide clinical treatment, is one of the effective methods in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.
