| Objective:The author observes the clinical effects of the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (deficiency of both vital energy and yin with carrying blood stasis and toxin) with a Helicobacter pylori positive by taking Xinwei granules as well as the effect on Helicobacter pylori, and has a preliminary study on its Mechanism. Therefore, the author will provide a scientific basis for the clinical chemotherapy and improve the clinical effect on chronic atrophic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection by TCM therapy.Method:64patients will be divided into treatment group and control group randomly,32in each group. The treatment group will be treated by taking Xinwei granules:a packet each time and three times a day for three month. The control group will be treated by Vitacoenzyme Tablets for three months and Anti-H. pylori triple therapy for ten days:taking Lansoprazole Tablets15mg each time; Amoxicillin Capsules1g each time; Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets250mg each time, twice a day as well as Vitacoenzyme Tablets0.8g each time, three times each day. We will compare, analyze and evaluate the two groups by clinical symptoms, gastroscope tests, histopathology, Helicobacter pylori eradication situation and TCM syndrome.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was87.5%, and in the control group was75.0%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. In comparison of Helicobacter pylori eradication rate between the two groups, eradication rate was81.3%in the treatment group and84.4%in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The two groups get the same efficacy of Helicobacter pylori eradication. In comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndrome, the effective rate was90.6%in the treatment group and65.6%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group has significantly better TCM syndromes than western medicine group. In comparison of the histopathologic effects of the treatment group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the histopathologic effects was better than before. In comparison of the histopathologic effects between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group has significantly better histopathologic effects than the control group.Conclusion:1. The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (deficiency of both vital energy and yin with carrying blood stasis and toxin) with a Helicobacter pylori positive by taking Xinwei granules has a obvious exterminate action to the Helicobacter pylori.2.The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (deficiency of both vital energy and yin with carrying blood stasis and toxin) with a Helicobacter pylori positive by taking Xinwei granules can improve the patients’clinical symptom.3.The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (deficiency of both vital energy and yin with carrying blood stasis and toxin) with a Helicobacter pylori positive by taking Xinwei granules can reverse the pathological changes.4.The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (deficiency of both vital energy and yin with carrying blood stasis and toxin) with a Helicobacter pylori positive by taking Xinwei granules can reduce the patients’TCM syndrome score... |
