The Linical Observation Of Zhitongcuyu Ointment For Wounds Healing After Operation Of Anus Week Abscess

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhitongcuyu O intment for wounds healing after operation of anus week abscess.Methods:We assigned randomly50patients of anus week abscess to the treatment group (25cases)or the control group (25cases).The for mer was treated by Zhitongcuyu Ointment.To smear the ointment direct ly on the wounds after operation of anus week abscess, the later was t reated by Shengjiyuhong Ointment. Both group were compared after a c ourse of treatment(17days).Observe the wound exudate, wound growing and the degree of pain on the2,7,12,17day after the operation.Result:Statistical software showed that the wound healing, postope rative wound pain, postoperative wound exudate in different groups and different time, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The treatment gro up can significantly reduce the degree of pain patients, maintain the wo und moist growing environment, shorten the wound healing time, promo te the wound healing.Conclusion:Zhitongcuyu Ointment has the function including anti-i nflammatory and analgesic, promote healing. This medicine can be foun d widely, be made simply, be used safely, clinical application has not f ound any adverse reactions and side effects, it is worth further studied.
