Clinical Observation Of Acupotomology Treatment Withxianlinggubao Capsules Of The Early Osteonecrosis Of The Femoral Head

Objective:observe of the faeries bone remains capsule and needle knife therapy for the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head clinical curative effect, for clinical treatment of early avascular necrosis provides a better way.Methods:the patients included in the standard of60cases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group (30cases) with needle knife therapy was a fairy bone capsule treatment, needle knife once a week for3times and oral faeries bone remains capsule2months; Control group (30cases) with acupuncture and faeries bone remains capsule treatment, acupuncture and moxibustion once a day for3weeks, at the same time of oral faeries bone remains capsule2months, two groups of a course of2months,2months for a period of treatment. Observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, the hip joint function score changes, integral joint mobility, integral change walking distance, X-ray signs of change, safety indexes of blood in the urine routine, liver function, renal function tests. Safety index within one month of blood in the urine routine, liver function, renal function, no obvious change. Finally applied statistics SPSS17.0to score results and numerical analysis, the conclusion.Results:the treatment group used needle knife with a fairy bone remains capsule treatment of early avascular necrosis in the clinical symptoms, physical signs, X-ray signs, are improved to varying degrees, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05); safety index and vital signs are not found in all cases have abnormal phenomenon.Conclusion:needle knife therapy in patients with early avascular necrosis of the improvement of clinical symptoms and the improvement of function has better curative effect.
