| Objective:To observe the clinieal effieaey of Gui zhi gan cao long gu wu li Tang in treating ventrieular premature in Patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:62CHD Patients with ventrieular premature were divided randomly into two groups. Therapeutic group was treated with gui zhi gan cao long gu mu li tang,and and eontrol group was treated with basic treat.4weeks were used as a treatment course.The changes of clinical symptom,Dynamic Eleetroeardiography(DCG), S-T,T and laboratory indexes were observed and taked notes before and after treatment in both groups.Results:(1)In the integral of improving Clinieal SymPtom:The integral of two groups both were effective after treat.Total effective rate in improving Clinieal SymPtom of therapeutie group and eontrol group was87.10%and77.42%,and it was obvious significant different between two groups(P<0.05).(2)In the number of VPB:After treat,the number of VPB was reduced obviously in two groups, and the different s significant(P<0.05). Total effective rate in improving VPB of therapeutie group and entrol group was80.65%and67.44%,and it was obvious significant different between two groups(P<0.05).(3)In improving blood supply of myocardium:There were both obvious difference in two groups in the total leads of depression of ST segment(NST),sum of depression of ST segment (ST) and NT after treating in before treat and after(P<0.05).It was no obvious difference in sum of changs of NT between two groups(P>0.05).Conelusions:(1) Gui zhi gan cao long gu mu li Tang could improve obviously clinical symptoms about the CHD patients with ventrieular premature,and the patients were heart yang deficiency.(2)Gui zhi gan cao long gu mu li tang could reduce effectively the number of VPBs in24h of the CHD patients of heart yang deficiency with ventrieular premature(3)The Gui zhi gan cao long gu mu li tang and basic treat could improve effectively the changs of The extent of depression of S-T segment,the sum of depression of S-T and changs of T wave. |
