The cronbach's a coefficient,half-reliability and retest reliability coefficient were used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire.Results1.Qualitative research has drawn 8 themes:good communication, successful and effective cooperation, valuable recognition, sincere leadership, appropriate staffing, opportunities for career development, more rights and guarantees,Perfect working system and procedures.2.After two rounds of expert consultations,a total of 16 experts were consulted in this study. The Cr of expert was 0.84.After preliminary investigation,a test questionnaire with 50 items in 6 dimensions was formed.3.A total of 7 entries were deleted after project analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The formal questionnaire formed includes 43 items in 6 dimensions, including good communication(7 items),successful and effective cooperation(9 items),effective decision-making(4 items),and appropriate staffing(7 items)),Meaningful recognition(6 items),excellent leadership(10 items).4.Reliability test(1)The Cronbach's a of the scale was0.991,and six factors were 0.953?0.955?0.944?0.964?0.962?0.979.(2)The split reliability of the scale was 0.954,and six factors were 0.853?0.856?0.835?0.923?0.868?0.926.(3)The test-retest reliability of the sacle was 0.052,and six factors were 0.044?0.104?0.171?0.191?0.132?0.200.5.Validity test(1)Content validity:The item content validity index(I-CVI)was 0.75?1.000,the scale content validity index average(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.912,and the scale content validity index universal agreement(S-CVI/UA)was 0.945.(2)Construct validity:EFA developed 3 factors, the contribution rate of each factor is between 5.724%and 28.431%,and the cumulative contribution rate is 61.348%,all items factor loads were?0.4.Conclusion1.Healthy Working Environment Assessment Tools for Critical Care Nurses includes 44 items in 3 dimensions. The items and dimensions reflect the content requirements, which can basically reflect the healthy working environment of ICU nurses, have good reliability and validity, and have certain stability and effectiveness. And sensitivity.3.The Healthy Working Environment Assessment Tools for Critical Care Nurses has good applicability and can be used to investigate the current status of ICU nurses'healthy working environment in China.
