The coronary heart disease clinical research integration technology platform services. Methods:in20125to2013May in Department of Cardiology diagnosis TCM Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University for parallel PCI of coronary heart disease in375patients, divided into turbid phlegm, blood stasis, phlegm blocking heart meridian, qi stagnation and blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, Qi and yin deficiency, yin deficiency of heart and kidney and otherseven kinds of TCM syndrome type. The related information of medical recordsin the table (see Table1), after it has been approved to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the data. Results:375cases1) in patients with coronary heart disease in TCM stheniaHuiZhuoTanzhu syndrome in210cases (56%), accounted for the largest proportion,165cases of non HuiZhuoTanzhu persons (44%); non HuiZhuoTanzhu with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, phlegm blocking heartpulse as the main card type;2) the nation:Patients with coronary heart disease to the Han, Uygur, Hui as the main ethnic, display type with turbid phlegm, its causes and the Xinjiang unique natural environment, ethnic habitsclosely related;3) gender:male incidence rate of coronary heart disease patients was higher than female (P<0.001);4) the TCM syndrome type of coronary heart disease is the main syndromes of turbid phlegm;5) coronary heart disease risk factors to hypertension, smoking and diabetes are the main risk factors;6) coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart diseasebefore descending turbid phlegm type, with multivessel disease;7) in patients with coronary heart disease before and after operation by PCI TCM syndrome type with turbid phlegm is the main type of syndrome. Conclusion:turbid phlegm are the main TCM Syndromes of TCM Hospital of Xinjiang autonomous region and PCI in patients with coronary heart disease. Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease and restenosis after PCI has its own advantage.
