Research purposes:based on the characteristic and the correlation research of HRV a nd CA, we can detect the patient’s disease status of autonomic nervous function who has coronary heart disease (CHD) sputum fever, at the same time can contribute more methods for prevention and monitoring of CHD, thus reducing the prevalence and m ortality of CHD.Research Methods:the diagnosis criteria of coronary heart disease (CHD) refers to T he Guidelines for Chronic Stable Angina, and Unstable Angina and Non-ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (mi) Guidelines established by Chinese Society of Car diology in 2007 and ACC/AHA 2002 guideline update for the management of patients with unstable angina and Non-ST-Segment Elevation myocardial infarction and some other relative guidelines published by ACC/AHA in 2002. The diagnosis criteria of Tr aditional Chinese Medicine to sputum fever with reference to sputum fever of tradition al Chinese medicine capital characteristic medical diagnostic criteria with reference to t he project of Clinical Curative Effect Research of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pec toris Intervened by Lianxia Ningxin Granule Based on the Theory of Heart Leading B lood Pulse-Mind put forwarded by Beijing municipal science and technology commiss ion group.115 patients with CHD of sputum fever under the monitoring of dynamic el ectrocardiogram (ecg) for 24 h, and the time domain analysis and plasma catecholamin e (CA); Through analyzing,we can draw the conclusion of Heart Rate Variability in sputum fever patients and correlation analysis with the characteristics of catecholamin e.Result and conclusion:In this study, some patients developed the downward trend of HRV,which means the damage of autonomic function. The CHD sputum fever patient has obvious raising in the sympathetic nervous excitability, and symptom is varied fr om gender, ages and the complication, which cause degrees of damage to autonomic nervous. The SDNN in HRV time domain index of sputum fever of CHD patients is lower than the normal value, so has the decrease of SDANN. While PNN50 and RM SSD have varying degrees of increase:In the index of frequency domain, there is stro ng correlation between VLF and SDANN which is higher normal value. HF refers to excitability of pneumogastric nerve, which also has a rising trend. From this, we can assume the extension of CHD sputum fever patients sympathetic nervous tension and t ension of the pneumogastric nerve. Catecholamine refers to regulatory hormones, the si gnificant neurotransmitter inside body. It also adjustable in cardiovascular activity, incl uding the sympathetic nerve endings release of dopamine, norepinephrine and adrenal medulla release of adrenaline. Under the normal circumstances, the main physiological function of catecholamine is enhance the excitability of cardiac muscle cell by acting on adrenergic receptor (alpha and beta) and dopamine receptor, blood vessels, enhanc e myocardial contraction force which is a kind of important neurohumoral hormones to maintain the physiological function of human body. The noradrenaline of it increa sed significantly, but the adrenaline and dopamine decrease slightly. It is found that th rough comparison of heart rate variability index SDNN-24h, SDNN index, SDANN in dex, total power, low frequency, low power and high frequency power and adrenaline catecholamine index were positively correlated, through the correlative analyze of CA and HRV in sputum fever of CHD patient, which has statistical significance (p<0.5), and the rest of the heart rate allergic indicators have no correlation with catecholamin e indexes. There is strong correlation between very low frequency and low frequency power and SDNN-24 h, SDNN index, SADNN index also high frequency power an d SDNN-24 h and SDNN-index. In the meanwhile sputum fever of CHD integral and SDANN was significantly positively correlation. These results show that sputum fever of CHD patient autonomic nerve suffers the damage, the excitability of the sym pathetic has been elevated, while the catecholamine in adrenaline has significant correl ation. We can speculate the abnormal autonomic nervous function in CHD patients w ith the changing of adrenaline which can better monitoring in the clinical application of CHD autonomic nervous function.
