Clinical Effect Of YiShenQingZhuo Decoction For Chronic Renal Failure And Effect On Serum Of Visfatin Influence

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishenqingzhuo decoction on patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD3,4) of syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and the effect of serum of visfatin level, to study on the relationship between Chronic Renal Failure and serum of visfatin preliminary, to investigate the clinical effect of Yishenqingzhuo decoction further.Methods:60patients with Chronic Renal Failure(CKD3,4) from The people’s Hospital of Fujian traditional Chinese Medicine University in October2012-January2014were randomly divided into treatment group(the Yishenqingzhuo decoction daily a dose and integrated with modern medicine conventional therapy)with30cases and control group(integrated with modern medicine conventional therapy) with30cases. All took2months as1course of treatment in the two groups. Another to select the20cases of healthy people of the medical center as a healthy control group(normal group).After the treatment(2months), to determine the treatment of TCM clinical syndrome curative effect and comparison of the change of the experimental index including visfatin, creatinine clearance rate(eGFR), serum of creatinine(Scr), and serum of usea nitrogen(BUN). And analysis relevance of visfatin level and eGFR, Serum total cholesterol, Serum triglyceride of patients with CRF.Results:①Prior treatment,the level of visfatin of the treatment group and the control group are apparently higher than the normal group(P=0.000).②After2-month-treatment,the levels of visfatin are lower than before(P<0.05),however, comparing the treatment group and the control group,the levels of visfatin have no difference.(P=0.561>0.05).③After2-month-treatment, the levels of serum of creatinine(Scr), and serum of usea nitrogen(BUN) are lower than before, the levels of creatinine clearance rate(eGFR) are higher than before (P<0.05).And comparing the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the levels of Scr, BUN,and increasing the level of eGFR (P<0.05).④In the patients with Chronic Renal Failure,the level of visfatin was negatively correlated with eGFR(Kendall’s tau-b=-0.336, Spearman=-0.450, P<0.01),and positive correlation with the levels of Serum total cholesterol(r=0.308, P=0.017), Serum triglyceride(r=0.456, P=0.000);The effects of treatment of the serum of total cholesterol, triglyceride in patients of the two group is simillar,there is no statistics difference.Conclusion:①Compared with the healthy control group, the level of visfatin of the patients with Chronic Renal Failure are apparently higher.②The Yishenqingzhuo decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms of patients with Chronic Renal Failure belong to syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Compared with the control group, the treatment group is better.③The Yishenqingzhuo decoction can reduce the level of visfatin of the patients with Chronic Renal Failure,.The level of visfatin no difference between treatment group and control group after treatment. In the patients with Chronic Renal Failure,the level of visfatin was negatively correlated with glomerular filtration rate (eGFR),it may prompt that the level of visfatin is closely related with the Chronic Renal Failure.④The Yishenqingzhuo decoction can reduce the levels of Scr, BUN, and increasing the level of eGFR in the patients with Chronic Renal Failure. Compared with the control group, the treatment group is better. This may prompt that The Yishenqingzhuo decoction improve kidney function, increase glomerular filtration rate, enhance the ability to excrete waste, delay the renal failure, and improve the clinical efficacy.
