| Objective:Observation on the effect of prescription of XiaZhiXiShangFang fumigation fracture crushed effective early functional rehabilitation of knee joint after operation of distal femur, and analyze the compatibility rules and modern pharmacological effects, for better application in clinical foundation.Methods:Aprospective study In this study, It’s selected from2012February to2013year in August with comminuted fractures of the distal femur C type diagnosis and77cases of hospitalized patients in No.175Hospital of PLA, It’s including male55cases and female22cases, age20to65years old, the average age is43.16±9.72years old. The selected patients were grouped according to the randomized method, Chinese medicine fumigation group39cases and38cases in the control group, all patients were signed after surgical intervention and related inspection to improve the preoperative informed consent to treatment, treatment scheme adopted for:(1) the perioperative period treatment:all patients treated with tibial tubercle traction, relieving pain and raising the affected limb and other symptomatic treatment, according to the plan of operation therapy in one weeks after operation postoperative routine were given antibiotic treatment,3days of pain, symptomatic treatment,2week wound1/healing after surgery, two groups in strict accordance with the rehabilitation plan formulation of rehabilitation;(2) intervention treatment:the treatment group in the early functional exercise of knee joint, wash the wound with lower side fumigation treatment on sooner or later each time, each agent drug fumigation for two days,2weeks for a course of treatment, and continuous treatment of5courses; The control group except the rehabilitation exercise alone, plus saline fumigatio. Outcome measures:pain score (VAS); the swelling degree; activity the knee:to measure and record the related numerical scale international activities on the joint; the evaluation of knee joint function (HSS score). Observe and record the two groups of patients after2weeks,4weeks,8weeks,12weeks, the detection of indicators, data. All data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS17.0, the statistical differences between treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general data of two groups of patients (p>0.05), the comparability;(2)Between the two groups,2weeks after operation. between the two groups in the knee joint swelling degree, VAS, ROM and HSS scores had no statistical significance (p>0.05),4weeks after operation,8week,12weeks, two groups in the knee joint swelling degree, VAS, ROM and HSS score was statistically significant (p<0.05), It’s significantly better than the control group; compared in the two groups, after4weeks,8weeks,12weeks, two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05), in the knee joint VAS, swelling degree, ROM and HSS scores were better than the control group. The process of the rehabilitation treatment in the treatment group showed no adverse reaction.Conclusion: The prescription of XiaZhiXiShangfang fumigation in Treatment of distal femur comminuted fracture can effectively eliminate the knee early exercise of knee joint swelling, pain and improve joint activities, the effect of early function of knee joint injury party exercise wash outstanding; The prescription of XiaZhiXiShangfang promote early recovery of function of knee joint after operation, has the advantages of simple operation, low price, and the clinical prominent curative effect, it is worth in clinical promotion. |
