Experimental Study Of Swelling Dissipation Babu Plaster On TNF-α And IL-1in Rat Model Of LDH

Objective Experimental study on swelling dissipation Babu plaster on inflammatory factors in rat model of LDH, as swelling dissipation Babu plaster for treatment of lumbar disc herniation by using clinical application providing experimental proof, and further filtered with certain targeted treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by using traditional Chinese medicine preparation to provide new ideas.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group, swelling the normal control group,pseudo surgery group, swelling dissipation Babu plaster group, dog-skin plaster group, each group has twelve.Building non-compressive lumbar intervertebral disc inflammation models in rats using injection method.After models successful,put swelling dissipation Babu plaster and dog-skin plaster on swelling dissipation Babu plaster group and dog-skin plaster group separately. After one week、two weeks and three weeks,separately measured the contents of TNF-a、IL-1in corresponding nerve root tissue,Observing and comparing the effection about swelling dissipation Babu plaster and dog-skin plaster on TNF-a、IL-1.Results:1, Measure the leves of TNF-a:compared with the normal group,Model group has significantly difference.(p<0.01); Compared with the model group,the swelling dissipation Babu plaster group and dog-skin plaster group had significantly reduced TNF-a levels.(p<0.01), compared with the dog-skin plaster group,the swelling dissipation Babu plaster could betterly reduced lumbar intervertebral disc inflammation rats models’TNF-a levels.(P0.05);2, Measure the leves of IL-1:compared with the normal group,Model group has significantly difference.(p<0.01);Compared with the model group,the swelling dissipation Babu plaster group and dog-skin plaster group had significantly reduced IL-1levels.(p<0.01), compared with the dog-skin plaster group,the swelling dissipation Babu plaster could betterly reduced lumbar intervertebral disc inflammation rats models’ IL-1levels(P>0.05);compared with the control group,swelling dissipation Babu plaster group has the same effection to reduced IL-1.Conclutiomn:the swelling dissipation Babu plaster could significantly reduced TNF-α、 IL-1levels in lumbar intervertebral disc inflammation rats models’nerve root tissue.
