Babu Plaster Studies. Milk Increased Eliminate Pain

Objective To research and develop a new preparation of a compound of ChineseMedicine, Ruzeng Xiaotong Babu Plaster, which is effective on galactophorehyperplasia. To discuss the rationality of the Babu Plaster containstraditional Chinese medicine through the safety and efficiency of the newpreparation. Methods Simplifying the compound Chinese medicine through the theory ofTCM and experiments datum; determining the preparing process of the effectiveparts of the ten herbs by HPLC analyse; Uusing Orthogonal design to observe theadhesion power,cohesion by the multi-electronic experimental equipment anddetermining the preparation recipe, examining the stability of Ruzeng XiaotongBabu Plaster through primary stability experiment. Results The best preparing process is: 1) naphtha extracted with vapourand the water part was re- extracted with 60% alcohol; 2) the residue and theother six traditional Chinese medicine were extracted three times with 60%alcohol. The best formulation is composed of polypropylene acid, frameworkmaterial, glycerin, bond and its proportion is 1:2:10:1;the final plastercontains20% water with idea stability to the skin. The content of Hesperidin in onePlaster should be no less than 9mg. Conclusion Ruzeng Xiaotong Babu Plaster is a new preparation withrationable technology and stable quality.
