Preparation And Evaluation Of Jisheng Tongbi Babu Plaster

Systematical research of the compound prescription of TCM has been performed in this study.Jisheng Tongbi Babu plaster is used to treat Osteoarthristis.By orthogonal test,the extraction technology of Yubiao,Herba Taxilli, Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Clematidis and Scolopendra is screened. the extraction technology of Radix Angelicae pubescentis and Herb Asari after volatile oil of them is obtained.Olibanum, Myrrha,Semen Sinapis and Moschus Artifactus are grinded. The optimum proportion of matrix proportion for the preparation process of Jisheng Tongbi plaster is selected by test. A check-up for adhibition,nonflowing,content of cream is founded.The result shows Jisheng Tongbi Babu plaster which is made by preparation condition of this test accords with concerned regulations of Babu plaster of CP.Radix Angelicae pubescentis,Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae and Myrrha are qualitatively tested by TLC.Salvianolic acid B and Muscone is quantitatively analyzed by HPLC and GC.Primary stability and pharmacodynamics are researched,which shows that Jisheng Tongbi Babu plaster has good stability,it can obviously ease pain,resist inflammation and be safe to skin without stimulation.
