| Objective:To investigate and study the clinical curative effect of Shujinhuoxuequtong plaster combined with Suxiaojiuxin pill on treating pediatric orthopaedic patients with postoperative pain.Method:According to the inclusion criterias,40cases were screened as the research objects, and40patients with congenital horseshoe varus were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (21cases)was treated by Shujinhuoxuequtong plaster and Suxiaojiuxin pill with acupoint sticking therapy;19cases of control group were given PCA anti-pain presses according to the conventional weight. Two hours and four hours after going back home, pain scores of two groups were evaluated, data was collected, and the statistical analysis was given. Comparing the postoperative pain scores of two groups, the effect of the treatment group was determined.Results:(1)The total pain scores of the patients who were treated after giving operations for2hours, the treatment group was7.05±1.905and control group was7.25±2.124,comparing the pain situations of two groups,there was no statistical difference (P>0.05).(2) The total pain scores of the patients who were treated after giving operations for4hours, the treatment group was6.40±1.353and control group was7.90±2.245, comparing the pain situations of two groups,there was statistical difference (P<0.05).(3)Comparing the effect of2hours after the operations:the difference had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);comparing the curative effect of4houres after the operations,there was statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Shujinhuoxuequtong plaster combined with Suxiaojiuxin pill on treating pediatric orthopaedic patients with postoperative pain is lasting, relieving the postoperative pain of pediatric orthopaedic patients,they are safe and effective drugs which are used to prevent the postoperative pain of pediatric orthopaedic patients. |
