| Objective:Through the comparison experiment, the stick2obstruction of acupoint sticking therapy to reduce blood apply homocysteine in the content of observation, found the coronary heart disease unstable angina treatment effect, to further discuss obstruction of stick2acupoint sticking therapy to apply to unstable angina mechanism.Methods:Will and standards in the60cases of coronary heart disease unstable angina (TCM syndrome differentiation:phlegm and blood stasis mutual resistance type) patients were randomized to average into two groups:control group for western medicine foundation treatment group, the western medicine treatment for basic and obstruction of stick2acupoint sticking apply treatment group. Watch and record before treatment respectively and after two weeks after the treatment of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, angina symptoms, ecg changes before and after, when the onset of nitroglycerin consumption and homocysteine in the blood the content change of record observation post2obstruction of acupoint sticking therapy to apply the clinical effects of.Results:1. Observe syndromes curative effect:the experimental group was better than control, two groups of differences (P<0.05).2. Ecg changes:the way the total effective rate (86.67%) and control group (70.00%) no significant difference (P>0.05).3. After treatment homocysteine in the blood content:the lower than those of the control group, the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:No.2of these obstruction of acupoint sticking therapy to apply can effectively improve the TCM syndrome differentiation for each type of phlegm and blood stasis resistance coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina of traditional Chinese medical syndrome, reduce angina symptoms, obviously increase the nitroglycerin stop minus rate, reduce blood patients homocysteine in the content, the method is simple and convenient, safe and reliable, the effect is remarkable. |
