Nowadays Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is one of the most serious health issues around the world, with the changes of our lifestyles, the people’s eating habits and the increasing aging of the population have changed, the incidence of alcoholic liver disease has been increasing in our country. Alcoholic liver injury caused by alcohol intake is due to the excess drinking. If the long-term drinking, with the the accumulation of metabolites the metabolic processes will be disturbed, these may cause liver damage resulting in the occurrence of alcoholic liver disease.Drinking tea has a long history in China, tea also is very popular in the world. Recent years, more and more studies have shown that tea has health benefits in weight loss, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar, lowering blood pressure, hypholipidemic affect, antioxidant.Fuzhuan brick tea is a kind of dark tea which has a effective function for the antioxidant. Black tea is rich in tea polyphenols, which has strong antioxidant activity. The Flos Puerariae contains flavonoids and saponins, which is a traditional drug for hangover. Pueraria Isoflavone is the main component of the pueraria, and a large number of studies have shown that it have an important role in the anti-aging, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar, anti-thrombosis, for improving cardiovascular diseases and increase immunity. Soybean phospholipids, which is rich in GP, EP,CP and PI, is a green food and widely used in nutritional supplements. Objective:The aim of this study is to compare the different protective effects among Fu brick tea, black tea, Flos Puerariae, Pueraria Isoflavone and Soybean phospholipids. The physiological and biochemical factors were investigated, The results of this study can provide some scientific basis for further research.SPF Kunming mice,28-32g.180mice were separated to18groups after being feed in the same experimental environment adaptive for5days. Weigh the mice every5days. The18groups were normal group, model group, positive control group, Fu brick tea, black tea low, middle and high dose groups(70mg/kg·BW,140mg/kg·BW,280mg/kg·BW), Flos Puerariae, Pueraria isoflavone and Soybean phospholipids low, middle and high dose groups(100mg/kg·BW,200mg/kg·BW,400mg/kg’BW). In the first15days all the groups were given the different doses have been set, in the next15days in addition to the normal group, model group, positive control group and the treatment groups were given with56%(V/V) alcohol wine0.4mL/d.After the end of the experiment, the mass and organ indexes were determined, the histomorphological features of liver tissue sections were analyzed and observed under the microscope. The AST, ALT, TC, TG, GSH-Px, SOD, MDA and liver coefficient were measured.Results:1. Each group of mice liver tissue sections were observed under the optical microscope. The features of the model group were swelling, disorganized, loosing, accompanying by inflammation phenomenon. Fu brick tea, black tea, Flos Puerariae, Pueraria isoflavone and Soybean phospholipids groups is similar with the normal group. Compared with the model group the liver index of all the other groups is significantly reduced (P<0.01).2. Compared with the normal group the ALT, AST, TC, TG of all the treatment groups were reduced obviously, the effects were interrelated with the different dose.3. The liver tissue SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased and MDA is significantly reduced of all the treatment groups. Conclusion:Fu brick tea, black tea, Flos Puerariae and Soybean phospholipids can reduce the oxidative damage of acute alcoholism to liver, reduce antioxidant system and lipid peroxidation to help our body eliminate free radicals, they all can reduce the pathplogical changes of the liver tissue. The protective effects of the Fu brick tea, black tea, Flos Puerariae are better than Pueraria isoflavone and Soybean phospholipids.
