The nutritional value of black soybean has not only high, and contains a varietyof chemical plant.Anthocyanins are the main bioactive substances of blacksoybean. Anthocyanin has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory, improve eyesight, improvelipid metabolism, cardiovascular protection and many other health effects. There is alack of seed coat of black soybean extract on the effect of the intervention of alcoholinduced chemical liver injury reported.Objective:In acute liver injury induced by alcohol in mice as a model, through the analysisof mouse liver glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA), triglyceride (TG)content determination, liver tissue pathology, to explore the influence of seed coat ofblack soybean extract on alcoholic liver injury.Methods:Male Kunming mice were randomly divided into the normal control group, thealcohol model group, the black soybean seed coat extract low dose group (30mg·kg-1)and the black soybean seed coat extract high dose group (60mg·kg-1). According to"technical standards for testing and assessment of health food (2003Edition)"requirements, by gavage once daily, for thirty-first days, except the normal controlgroup, disposable intragastric administration of50%ethanol solution, resulting inacute alcoholic liver injury, fasting can not help but water after12h, coefficient ofdifferent groups of mice liver index,liver triglycerides (TG) content, livermalondialdehyde (MDA) content, brain tissue MDA content, liver and bloodglutathione(GSH)content,to observe the histological changes of liver and liversteatosis score. Application of SPSS18.0statistical software, single factor analysis ofvariance or rank sum test. Results:1. The liver tissue GSH content in seed coat of black soybean extract high doseanimal, significantly higher than that in alcohol liver injury model group (P<0.05),and no significant difference with the normal control group. The content of GSH ofliver tissue and liver injury model in black soybean extract animal in low dose groupcompared to the control group, no significant difference.2. The liver tissue MDA content in black soybean extract low dose group andhigh dose group were lower than that in alcohol liver injury model group(P<0.05),and no significant difference with the normal control group.3. Seed coat of black soybean extract low dose group and high dose group ofanimal liver fatty lesions, were significantly lower than those of alcoholic liver injurymodel group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Seed coat of black soybean extract can reduce the acute alcoholic liver injury inanimal liver malondialdehyde (MDA) content, prevent liver tissue depletion ofreduced glutathione (GSH) and improve the acute alcoholic liver injury inducedpathological changes of the liver and reduce the degree of fatty degeneration of theliver, help to reduce the alcoholic liver injury.
