| Objective:Investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of the improved TST in treating the mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:We receive thirty patients according to the diagnosis standard and exclusion standard of the mixed hemorrhoids.ALL cases were divided into trial group and controlled group randomly,each group has fifteen cases.Cases in trial group received the treatment of improve TST,and in controlled group received the treatment of TST.Observe the clinical effect and postoperative complications of the groups of patients.Observation and statistics was carried out by the amount of resection in the operation,the volume of blood loss in operation,the post operative pain,the urine and stool after the operation,anal bulge and the redundant skin after the operation,the recrudescence after leaving hospital etc.Results:The trial group surpass the controlled group in the aspects of the amount of resection in the operation,the redundant skin after the operation,the post operative pain,the unobstruction of the first stool after the operation and anal edema(P <0.05).There was no difference between the groups in the volume of blood loss in operation,urine after the operation,frequency of the first stool after the operation and recrudescence after leaving hospital(P>0.05).There was no recurrence in the near future.Conclusion:The improved TST could not only effectively protect the anal cushions,but also has the fine effect of suspension to the anal cushions,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the postoperative complications simultaneously,it is an effective,safe and reliable treatment in curing hemorrhoids. |
