| Purpose:Through63cases of female â… ã€â…¡ degree hand Chilblain that applied with "ginger moxibustion of treating winter diseases in summer" or "chilblain cream topical therapy" in order to analyse the theory of treating winter diseases in summer, investigate the action mechanism, the efficacy, safety and recurrence of ginger moxibustion treatment of female â… ã€â…¡ degree hand Chilblain of treating winter diseases in summer, and form preliminary treatment options.Methods:63cases of female â… ã€â…¡ degree hand chilblain are random to be fractionated into the treatment group (32cases) and the control groups (31cases). The treatment group use ginger moxibustion of treating winter diseases in summer. And the control group external use chilblain tincture. Two groups observe onset and self-correcting time, skin symptoms and signs in the winter2011,and recurrence in the winter2012.The treatment group cauterize RN4,RN6,RN8and ST36started at the first noon of dog day of summer in2012. The control group inunction hand prone to chilblain with chilblain tincture in the first day of summer in2012.Two groups were treated once a day for five days as one course of treatment, total of3courses. Than it was done analysis and discussion of efficacy, safety and recurrence of two groups.Result:Each group has30patients eliminated shedding and exclusion cases. The non-recurrence rate of the treatment group is33.33%,the total clinical improvement rate is96.67%.The non-recurrence rate of the control group is10.00%,the total clinical improvement rate is33.33%.Conclusion:Our study showed that using ginger moxibustion of treating winter diseases in summer on the preventing female â… ã€â…¡ degree hand Chilblain is effective with less side-effect and worth to further clinical study. |
