Objective:To observe the short-term efficacy of Fu’s Subcutaneous needling(FSN)in the treatment of ureteral calculi and provide reference for guiding the clinical treatment of ureteral calculi with Fu’s Subcutaneous needling. Methods:The purpose of this study was to observe the treatment of ureteral calculi(UC)with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling therapy, and to observe the clinical status of the patients within 3 days after treatment.A total of 60 UC cases of patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were selected.Patients were divided into Fu’s Subcutaneous needling group and the conventional drug group, and the patients were ranked and numbered according to the time of visit. There were 30 cases in Fu’s Subcutaneous needling group and 30 cases in conventional drug group. The conventional drug group was given intravenous infusion of 120mg phloroglucinol and 1g cefoxitin sodium for injection, and diluted into 5%glucose injection. The onset time and average duration of efficacy of the two groups were recorded, and the changes in scores of recent clinical pain symptoms within 3 days before and after treatment in the two groups were observed to compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Visual analogue scores(VAS)of pain in the two groups were collected during follow-up before, after and 3 days after treatment. Before treatment and at the end of the course of treatment, the ureteral calculi were treated with the observation table, and the patients were followed up to observe whether there was any recurrence or stone arrangement.Results:(1)VAS scores of the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling therapy group and the conventional drug group after treatment, the VAS score, the total score, were compared with before treatment,P<0.05.There was no significant difference. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the conventional drug group. That is to say,Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling therapy group is similar to conventional drug therapy in relieving pain and other symptoms in patients with ureteral calculi.(2)At the end of treatment, the total number of stone expulsion in the two groups was 21 in the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling group and 6 in the conventional drug group, and the effect of the Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling group was significantly better than that of the conventional drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling can effectively relieve the pain of ureteral calculi, and the stone expulsion rate is high, the effect is rapid and accurate. The Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling has no side effects.Anyway, the short-term effect is better than the conventional drug treatment,it is worthy of clinical application.
