Clinical Observation Of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objective:Through Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang treat of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with pulmonary fibrosis, observe the clinical-radiography-physiological score (CRP) in patients before and after treatment. Explain Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang effective in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:30Pulmonary Fibrosis patients from50to70years old at the stabilizational COPDâ…¡-â…¢ are randomly divided into two groups,the control group are given salmeterol/fluticasone propionate powder for inhalant (ShuLiDie)50/500,1at a time,2times a day. Apart from the above treatment, treatment group taken by Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang(Leguminosae, Geosaurus, Flos Carthami, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Semen Persicae), one medicament each day for3times. Treatment for3months. Observe symptoms, physical signs, pulmonary function before and after medication, such as imaging change indicators.Results:CRP score. Clinical symptom (C), Radiography score (R), Physiological score (P) than the control group decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion:Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary fibrosis, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve lung function, to delay the imaging change also has curative effect.
