To explore and establish the early diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis.2.68patients with early osteoarthritis of the knee will be included in the study, each34cases were randomly divided into trial group and control group, experimental group living by giving Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction oral treatment, control group given oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsule treatment.60days treatment, the two groups before and after treatment symptoms and signs, pain assessment, functional score, systemic syndrome score, and evaluate the adverse reaction of gastrointestinal tract.Results After treatment the treatment group and control group in the signs and symptoms, pain evaluation, function, the whole body was relieve the syndrome, the treatment group of symptoms integral, pain, functional assessment, joint mobility, systemic symptom improvement is better than that in control group.Conclusion The KOA series of treatment is limited to pain relief and may function to improve, but for the incidence of the disease and progress control effect not beautiful. So "no disease prevention first, both disease treated early" treatment it is important to principle, this paper discusses that the purpose of early detection and timely treatment the KOA, Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction effective early treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and the curative effect is better than that of oral glucosamine hydrochloride capsules.
