Although our country has made in protection of drinking water safety considerableefforts, but there are still nearly300million rural people drinking unsafe water. Solving theproblem of rural drinking water safety is directly related to the rural masses of the people’shealth and safety. Qingzhou City is located in Shandong province Luzhong mountain area andLubei piedmont plain consistent ground. There is limited precipitation and many population.Here is one of the regions of serious problem of rural drinking water safety. StudyingQingzhou rural drinking water safety issues plains or the mountains to national water safetystudies are highly representative. Based on the theory of public goods, affecting rural drinkingwater safety in the analysis of the natural geographical conditions and on the basis ofsocio-economic conditions, this paper elaborated on the meaning of rural drinking watersafety, Qingzhou range of drinking water sources, protection case, rural water supply facilities,water supply capacity, construction of rural drinking water safety project, water quality.Qingzhou rural drinking water safety work has achieved some results, but there are still manyproblems, such as contaminated drinking water, rural water supply facilities backward,drinking water safety project implementation plan not in place, the funding gap larger.
