Objective: PFNA analysis of the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of theclinical curative effectMethods: Gather the shandong university of Chinese medicine first affiliated hospitalorthopaedic since October2009to October2011PFNA treatment during the use ofintertrochanteric fractures in80cases。Observe the treatment process and curative effect,the Harris scoring system to evaluate its postoperative hip function, the treatment effect ofthe PFNA analysis.Results：The PFNA treatment of80patients with a knife surgery are for a duration ofhealing was good fracture healing, the Harris scoring system to evaluate its postoperativehip function was87.5%.Conclusion: PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures treated well, its operationtime is short, the minimally invasive, fixed and reliable, and clinical promotion.
