| Background and Objective: With the structure of modern lifestyle changes, theincidence of fatty liver is higher and higher, More and more people pay attention to thistopic. To analyze the difference of clinically relevant indexes between the diabetesmellitus combined with fatty liver and the diabetes mellitus without fatty liver, Toanalyze the correlation between these indexes and fatty liver. To guide the prevention, control and treatment of fatty liver. Methods: we found1672patients with diabetes mellitus in the department ofendocrinology of our hospital from2011January to2012December. Except for virushepatitisã€Alcoholic liver disease and so on, we screened patients with fatty liver byB-ultrasound or other Imaging tool, The clinical data of148patients with fatty liver(BGroup) and153patients without fatty liver(A Group) were collected and analyzedretrospectively, which included duration of diabetes, body index, blood lipid, biochemical liver function, Uric acid(UA),glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting plasmaglucose, C-peptide level and so on. All the data were analyzed by SPSS18.0statisticalsoftware, P<0.05had statistical significance.Results:1ã€In the1672cases of patients with diabetes mellitus, we found1516cases of type2diabetes mellitus which included544cases of fatty liver (35.88%) and114cases of type1diabetes mellitus which included2cases of fatty liver (1.75%).2ã€The levels of WCã€BMIã€ALTã€ASTã€UAã€ALBã€TCã€TGã€LDLã€ALPã€C-peptideã€GGT in B group were significantly higher than those of A group (P <0.05); Theduration of diabetes in B group was significantly shorter than those of A group (P <0.05);(3) The multivariate regression analysis showed that after the calibration of thefactors including BMIã€ASTã€UAã€ALBã€TCã€TGã€LDLã€ALPã€C-peptideã€GGTand the duration of diabetes, BMI and ALT still have significant difference. Conclusion: The diabetic patients with the disorder of lipid metabolism, the moreobvious obesity, elevated uric acid, insulin resistance, elevated liver enzymes are alwayscombined with fatty liver, and the increase of BMI can predict the incidence of fattyliver in diabetic patients. Diabetic patients with high ALT should be alert to fatty liver.Diabetes and fatty liver disease progress can be mutual promotion. |
