| Verrucous Gastritis is a special type of gastritis, also known as varioliform gastritis, erosive gastritis, the lack of specific clinical manifestations of the disease, the diagnosis mainly by gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis, clinical course, often recurrent, difficult to cure.Acid suppression, HP resistance, protect the gastric mucosa is the main principle of Western medicine in the treatment of verrucous gastritis.But the curative effect means a single, easy to relapse, therefore, in clinical features with the overall concept and dialectical treatment of TCM treatment of this disease is very important.Based on the tutor’s clinical practice, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory, pointed out the disease the simple empirical or deficiency is rare, the total is false is mixed, the virtual real standard of evidence.And not in Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis verrucosa tend to this deficiency, we choose "Yangwei Xiaoyou Granule", in order to Peibenbuxu, and clearing heat and resolving phlegm, eliminate stasis.Objective:To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine "Yangwei Xiaoyou Granule" in the treatment of non Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis verrucosa (incomplete) the efficacy and advantages, thereby expanding the clinical validation of the Chinese traditional medicine, mature, easy treatment and high efficiency, stable in its preparation.Research methods:This research take the digital random grouping method,60cases patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, treatment group30and control group30people, and to observe the curative effect of treatment group and control group before and after treatment in patients and the data for statistical analysis.Results:After2courses of treatment, the treatment group and control group total effective rate were93.3%,66.7%, the treatment group compared with control group, there is significant difference in statistics (P<0.05); Patients on the symptoms of stomach pain, belching,2group were significant difference (P<0.05), and the differences on the bilge full, anorexia symptoms improved significantly (P<0.01); Like in gastroscopy and verrucous nodule number change on patients of two groups were improved significantly, and the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.The conclusion of the study:"Yangwei Xiaoyou Granule" is effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Verrucous Gastritis preparation, good on the treatment of Verrucous Gastritis and display the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine. |
