Clinical Study Of Banxia And Stomach Granule In The Treatment Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis (Pi Xu Wei Re) Spleen Insufficiency Stomach Heat Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of banxia and stomach granule on chronic superficial gastritis (pixu weire) spleen insufficiency stomach heat syndrome,comparing with weinaian soft capsule.Methods: In a randomized ,double-blind placebo-controlled trial,a total of 77 patients who coincided with the diagnostic criterion of chronic superficial gastritis were randomized into two groups: The treating group(58 patients with Banxia (pinellia tuber) and stomach granule+weinaian capsule placebo and the control group (19 patients with weinaian capsule+ Banxia (pinellia tuber) and stomach granule placebo) .The treatment lasted sex weeks.The change of their clinical symptoms and the treatment gastroscope,HP gastrocopy which come to effect and disappear were observed.Results: (1) .The result of the treating clinical be fully recovered 17.2%,produce effects 31.0%,effective power 51.7%,fail to respond to medical treatment,but the result of the control group clinical be fully recovered 21.1%,produce effects 15.8%,effective power 57.9%,fail to respond to medical treatment 5.3%.(P>0.05).Two Chinese medicine symptom integral calculus after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment ,the treating control balance.(2).Two of the improving painfull stomach complete fatigue dint with another other environment degree of abdication all bodies to effect and resulte were significantly different ,the treating group surpasses the control group . (3) .The treatment lasted sex weeks,the gastrocope treating be fully recovered 0.%,produce effects 32.8%,effective power 56.9%,fail to respond to medical treatment 10.3%,but the result of the control group clinical be fully recovered 0%,produce effects 31.6%,effective power 57.9%,fail to respond to medical treatment 10.5% . (4). Clinical trial did not see the obviously bad reaction .We hadn't found significant side effect to suffer liver kidney function etc.Conclusion :banxia and stomach granule was a safety valid , taking the convenience , resolution quick effective preparation of Chinese herbal medicine with the funiction of treating chronic superficial gastritis(pi xu wei re ) spleen insufficiency stomach heat.pattern/syndrome/...
