Stomach Rehabilitation Particles Affect On Serum CagA And P38MAPK Protein In Gastric Mucosa Of The Patients With HpVg (Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of weifukang particle on Hp-related verrucous gastritis(Damp-heat Syndrome)patients and the effect of their serum Cag A antibody concentration and p38 MAPK protein in gastric mucosa.Methods: 135 cases of Hp-related verrucous gastritis(Damp-heat syndrome)were randomly divided into three groups: Chinese medicine group taking traditional Chinese medicine;combined group taking Chinese medicine combined with western triple therapy to clear Hp for 10 days,sequential taking the Chinese medicine plus PPI preparations;Western medicine group treated with western triple therapy to clear Hp for 10 days,sequential taking the Chinese medicine plus PPI preparations;each group taking a course of six weeks.Before and after treatment lesion spec imens obtained by positioning biopsy,observation of pathological changes by HE staining and immunohistochemistry was used to detect expression of p38 MAPK,ELISA was used to detect changes of serum CagA antibody concentration.Results: 1.The clinical efficacy of the combination group and the Chinese medicine group were higher than the western medicine group(P<0.05);the Chinese medicine group and the combination group had no significant difference between the efficiency(P>0.05).2.Before the treatment of these three groups,patients' CagA serum concentration showed no significant difference(P>0.05);before and after the treatment of patients in each group,Cag A serum concentration difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),After treatment,serum antibody concentrations decreased compared with the previous;which the Cag A concentration of the combination group decreased significantly compared with western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).3.Before the treatment,p38 MAPK protein expression of three groups was no significant difference(P>0.05);p38MAPK protein expression was not statistically significant(P>0.05)before and after western medicine treatment;After the treatment of combined group and Chinese medicine group,p38 MAPK prote in expression were decreased(P<0.05);combined group was lower than the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.Weifukang particles is to clear away heat and remove toxic substance,strengthen the spleen and Catharsis liver qi,and harmony of stomach qi.Histologically observed that inflammation mitigated,damaged gastric mucosa repaired,mucosal lesions partially reversed.Single the parties and their joint Western triple could improve impaired gastric tissue of patient with Hp-related verrucous gastritis.2.Weifukang particles and their joint Western triple therapy make serum CagA antibodies concentration decrease,serving to the role of reducing Helicobacter pylori virulence.3.Weifukang particles and it combined with Western Triple could reduce gastric mucosal expression of p38 MAPK ang decrease serum CagA antibody concentration,suggesting that weifukang particles can reduced serum CagA antibody concentration and reduce Hp virulence,effect on blocking p38 MAPK signaling pathway,than reducing inflam mation,and thus play a role in the treatment of Hp-related verrucous gastritis.
