The Clinica Significance Of Expression Of Cyclind1and Helicobacter Pylori Infection In Verrucous Gastritis Gastric Poly And Gastritis Cancer

Objective This research was designed to study the expression of cell cycle protein D1(CyclinD1) in verrucous gastritis、gastric poly and gastritis cancer and seek the early diagnostic indicator of molecular biology in the gastric carcinoma.Methods Tissue specimens used for-this study were obtained from145patients, which were resected surgically or endoscopically at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Inner mongolia medical university from January.2012to December.2012. The immunohistochemical SP was used to examine the expression of CyclinD1in different tissue. Detect through rapid urea enzymatic and C13-UBT method to H.p ylori (Hp) infection.Results In the specimens of chronic superficial gastritis、verrucous premature gastritis、verrucous mature gastritis、gastric poly and gastric carcinoma, The positive expression rates of CyclinD1was10%、13.3%、36.7%、44%、60%.The expression of CyclinD1was different when errucous gastritis with mature、gastric poly and gastric carcinoma respectively compared with chronic superficial gastritis and verrucous gastritis without mature (P<0.05). The expression of CyclinDl was not different between errucous gastritis with mature、gastric poly and gastric carcinoma.The positive expression rates of Hp infection is26.7%、33.3%、66.7%、72%、75%。 The expression of Hp was different when errucous gastritis with mature、gastric poly and gastric carcinoma respectively compared with chronic superficial gastritis and verrucous gastritis without mature (P<0.05). The expression of Hp was not different between errucous gastritis with mature、gastric poly and gastric carcinoma.Conclusion No significant difference was observed for the expression of CyclinDl between chronic superficial gastritis and verrucous gastritis without mature. But the expression of CyclinDl was significant difference when errucous gastritis with mature compared with verrucous gastritis without mature. The expression of CyclinD1was not significant difference between in errucous gastritis with mature、 gastric poly and gastric carcinoma.verrucous gastritis with mature has the character of cancerous molecular biology.The expression of Hp was not significant difference between in errucous gastritis with mature、gastric poly and gastric carcinoma-The expression of HP was significant difference when errucous gastritis with mature、 gastric poly and gastric carcinoma respectively compared with chronic superficial gastritis and verrucous gastritis without mature. The expression of CyclinD1in Hp infection postive patients is higher than the expression of CyclinDl in HP infection negative patients.lt is significant different.Hp infection and the expression of CyclinDl make the progress verrucous gastritis with mature to the gastritis cancer.By detecting the positive expression of CyclinDl and Hp infection can be used as a diagnostic and assessment of verrucous gastritis to gastric cancer occurrence and-development indicators, verrucous mature gastritis should be treated as it could develop into cancer.
