However, due totheir autonomy, self-financing nature, making the private medical institutionscontrary to " life-saving "," patient-centered " purpose of illegal acts in the course ofpractice, not only affects the overall image of the medical service institutions, whilegiving the patient health brings a lot of insecurity. Health supervision and lawenforcement is an important form of state management of public health, thefundamental task is to ensure the normal order of the medical market in a marketeconomy and various social activities to prevent and control the incidence andprevalence of the disease, to protect the health and interests of citizens, the protectionof national normal medical services market order, reduce and control the activitiesoccurred in the diagnosis and treatment of medical errors and accidents, in order toachieve the purpose of protecting the health of citizens.
