Objective:To observe UKA in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee medial compartment recent clinical efficacy.Methods:Guide functional exercise line UKA, postoperative incisional pain and reduce swelling of11patients with knee osteoarthritis patients, to observe the postoperative range of motion, limb alignment, complications, and selection of the VAS score, KSS and WOMAC scoring systemefficacy evaluation.Results:1in this group of11patients (12knees) with complete clinical follow-up after surgery, all patients with postoperative wound healing I/A to the last follow-up, none of the symptoms of infection or loosening of the prosthesis complications.2after two weeks in March, June and preoperative VAS score significant difference (P<0.05).3joint activity after in March, compared to June’s results and preoperative difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4after two weeks in March, June, compared to FTA with preoperative difference was better but not statistically significant(P>0.05). Last follow-up:KSS clinical score was88.7±4.2, all excellent. Function score was91.2±2.9, of which excellent in10knees, good knee,0knee Poor0knee. Excellent:100%. WOMAC score7.0±1.5minutes. After March, June, compared to KSS score, WOMAC score and preoperative difference is very significant significance (P<0.01); March after June KSS score, WOMAC score difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:UKA postoperative joint pain relief, activity, function improved significantly in recent satisfactory outcome, is an effective method of treatment of knee osteoarthritis, worthy of clinical application.
