[Objective] In this study, both through early intervention,so that through the femoral artery puncture radiofrequency ablation (radiofrequency catheter ablation,RFCA) in patients with early ambulation, shorten the patient bed time, improve patient’s comfort and reduce due to bed a long time as a result of the relevant complications, improve patient’s self-care ability, reduce nursing workload, reduce patient’s length of stay, increased bed turnover rate, increase economic and social benefits, while further specialist care services reflect the content, promote quality care commencement of the project.[Material and methods] Select from January2012to August2012in Nanjing,a three-level general hospital Cardiology femoral artery approach radiofrequency ablation in105patients was observed object.Envelop method RFC A patients admitted in accordance with the chronological order of the patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into intervention A,B group and control group C,n=35cases.The control group C after sheath removal24h ambulation; intervention group A after sheath removal8h ambulation intervention group B after sheath removal12h ambulation, postural each group after intervention in the same way.Sheaths were removed after2,4,8,12,24h for each group comfort-related complications assessment measured before sheath removal24h D-dimer (D-dimer,DDI) value to assess anxiety before and after events. The data obtained using Excel and SPSS13.0statistical software to establish a database and statistical processing, analysis at different time points out of bed right through the femoral artery radiofrequency ablation patient comfort, related complications,D-dimer,anxiety conditions.[Results]①three groups of patients at baseline compared three groups in age, gender, weight, education level, payment modalities, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).②three groups of patients in group A comfort scores significantly higher comfort levels B,C group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).③three groups of related complications compared only petechiae formation,no other serious complications, including petechiae four cases occurred in group A,B group2cases,C group2cases.Three groups ecchymosis rates were11.76%,6.25%and5.71%,the χ2test,the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.654).④D-dimer in each group compared three groups of sheath removal24h value of D-dimer were (0.3±0.19)(ig/mL,(0.40±0.28)μg/mL,(1.09±1.48)μg/mL,significantly higher than the preoperative levels, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The group setting after24h,A group and C group values, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).⑤three groups before and after the anxiety out of bed only in group B compared to the situation before and after the score, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusions] Through early intervention,so that through the femoral artery puncture radiofrequency ablation in patients with early ambulation and shorten the patient bed time, can improve patient comfort, reduce due to bed a long time as a result of complications related to enhancing patient self-care ability, reduce nursing workload, reduce patient length of stay, increased bed turnover rate, increase economic and social benefits, and specialty care services reflects the content of,and promote quality care commencement of the project. |
