Objective To acquire the actuality and insufficiency of the technique, the cumulative dates of Radiof requency catheter ablation(RFCA)in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia were analyzed, and the clinical characteristics of RECA were analyzed and concluded, which would provide guidelines for further clinical work. Methods The clinical efficacy of RFCA for 1028 patients with tachyarrhythmia was retrospectively analyzed in our institute for 10 years. The patient population comprised 542men and 486 women aged 11 to 80(40.1±13.4)years old.Result There were 537 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardias(AVRT)with 557 accessory pathways, including 411 left accessory pathways,146 right accessory pathways, left accessory pathways is more than right accessory pathways, dominance accessory pathway is moer than concealed accessory pathway;18 double-accessory pathways and 1 tri-accessory pathways,There were 435 cases of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT).In addition, there were 24 cases of ventricular tachycardia(VT),9 cases of atrial tachycardia(AT) and 8 cases of atrial flutter(AF)and 15 cases of auricular fibrillation(Af).The overall success rate was 98.5(1013/1028)percent,in which radiofrequency catheter ablation of supraventricular tachycardias mediated by dual atrioventricular nodes and left-sided accessory pathway had an high success rate(above 99.0 percent). The recurrence rate was3.0(31/1028)percent after radiofrequency cathet and the overall incidence of complications, including Conduction block, arteriovenous fistula, cardiac tamponade, pulmonary embolism was 1.7%(17/1028),no pneumothorax,no deaths. Conclusion Radiof requency catheter ablative therapy is a safe and curative modality for certain tachyarrhymia.RFCA for the treatment of tachyarrhythmias was rapidly developed in our department.Improving the level of technical training and practice will play an important role in reducing complications and recurrence rate...
