Comprehensive Study On The Effects Of The Implementation Of Essential Medcines System In TheTownship Hospitals Of Zhoukou

Since August2009, China began the implementation of the essential medcines system has been nearly four years, a lot of achievements has been made, also exposed to a lot of problems. From July2011, the rural primary health care institutions of Henan Province began to implement the essential medcines system.What has been achieved, whether avoided some of the problems of the national essential medcines system, what new problems exposed by the depth implentation. explore suggestions for improvement is essential drugs system in benign and sustainable implementation efforts.All of these need more effort to research the effects of the implemengtation of the essential medcines system.Rural primary health care institutions are relatively weak level of China’s medical and health,the effects of the implementation of the essential medcines system in the township hospitals react the medical level of the masses of the rural residents and the solutiont of the problem of medical treatment is difficult and expensive. To evaluate the effects of the essential medcines system to judge the various participants in the implementation whether assume individual responsibility and the implementation effects whether meet the policy objectives to some extent.ZhouKou is a city that the rural population accounts for a majority. It is important for Henan Province even the whole country to evaluate of the implementation of the essential medcines system status.This study will clear the indictors and methods to evaluate the effects of the essential medcines system,then get the evaluation results and identify the problem,at last give some suggestions.The purpose of this study are:first, constructing the basic drug system implementation effect evaluation index, specific method to evaluate the effect on zhoukou city towns and townships, the basic drug system of empirical research, the implementation of the evaluation system for basic drugs effect, clear the existing problems, and provide an empirical basis for the subsequent implementation of basic drugs system, in view of the problems put forward policy Suggestions, provide theoretical basis for the subsequent implementation of basic drugs system.
